MAP15 is a highly advanced automatic positioner specifically designed to optimize the glue line process for flat paint brush heads. It offers seamless integration with MAP10-B Linear, MAP10-S, or other machines, effortlessly transferring and positioning the brush heads for precise and automated glue insertion.

Production range:
  • The MAP15 is compatible with flat paint heads ranging from 9 to 25 mm in thickness and 20 to 100 mm in width.
This wide compatibility ensures that it can accommodate various brush sizes and dimensions, providing flexibility in production.

Processing phases:
  1. Positioning of the heads in the clamp
  2. Electronic eye to check bristle is in brush head
  3. Bristle pusher to the required length out
  4. Resin distribution
  5. Carriage and accommodation of the heads in to the trays
  6. Progress of the glued heads across the tunnel
