  • Model MAP10-TT, is an automatic head-making machine for production of paintbrush heads with automatic insertion of 1 or 2 wedges (optional 3 wedges).
  • It is designed to work both flat or round wedges on request.
  • Particularly suitable for working with all types of bristle.

  • Manufactures round paintbrush heads - from n. 8 to n. 22 (diameter from 16 to 40 mm)

Processing phases:
  1. Insertion of ferrule
  2. Feeding of bristle
  3. Insertion of bristle in ferrules
  4. Insertion of wedge
  5. Alignment of bristle by vibration
  6. Setting of bristle for desired height
  7. Trimming or burning (optional)
  8. Transfer of finished heads.
