AUTOMATIC PAINT BRUSH FERRULE LOADER
This system ensures the correct loading of the ferrule in the magazine of the machine that produces the brush heads.

With automatic ferrules loader, hourly paintbrush production can be increased on 25-30%

Production range:
  • Works with paint brush ferrules from 20mm to 100mm (1'' to 4'') wide and 9mm to 25mm thick.
  • Also works with radiator ferrules.

  • When the ring nut is not loaded correctly it is automatically expelled, returning to the starting container via an unloading belt
