  • Fully automatic in-line paintbrush walleting machine
  • Suitable for all sizes from 1" to 4" paintbrushes, featuring easy and quick size changeover
  • It can operate in automatic conjunction with any operating line for finished products

Production range:
- flat brushes from 1 "a 4" with plastic or metal ferrules

Processing phases:
  1. Collect brushes for packaging
  2. Film and Folder Preparation: Prepare and stiffen the materials used for the wallets
  3. Seal the wallet and perform V-cutting and punching at the bottom
  4. Lateral sealing and cut the sides of the wallet
  5. Insert the paintbrush into the wallet
  6. Seal the top of the wallet
  7. Brush Carriage Unit:
  • Remove the wallet from the production line
  • Finish and trim the top of the wallet
  • Open the folder to insert contents
  • Attach labels to the wallet
  • Unload the finished brush and package it for dispatch
