  • Works with all sizes from 1" to 4", paint brush with easy and quick size changeover
  • MAP1-D produces two different types of wallets (Completely closed on three sides and optionally open only on the top side)

Processing phases:
  1. Brush collection
  2. Film and folder preparation and stiffening of the walleting top
  3. Sealing, V-cutting and punching of the bottom of the wallet
  4. Lateral sealing and wallet cutting
  5. Insertion of paintbrush
  6. Sealing of the top of the wallet
