Model MAP 10-Elite is an automatic assembling machine for production of brush heads with automatic insertion of 1 or 2 wedge stations.
Particularly suitable for working with both natural and synthetic bristles.
Processing phases:
-feeding of both natural and synthetic bristles
-insertion of bristles in ferrules
-insertion of wedges
-alignment of bristles by vibration
-setting of bristles to desired height
-combing and transfer of finished heads
